Position Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will oversee the comprehensive upkeep of the apartment community, ensuring all aspects of daily maintenance operations are effectively managed under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
  • Repair and maintain structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
  • Prepare units for incoming residents.
  • Possess a solid understanding of HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and replacement.
  • Be available for 24-hour emergency maintenance services.
  • Implement and manage a preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Conduct grounds maintenance activities, including litter removal, sweeping, and light landscaping.
  • Assist in coordinating special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
