We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to take on the role of Facilities Maintenance Specialist within our property management firm.


Facilities Maintenance Specialist Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Preferred completion of vocational or trade school programs.
  • Basic understanding of property repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must provide standard tools (let us know what tools you have available).
  • Physical capability to bend, crouch, and lift items throughout the workday.
  • Ability to comprehend company policies and procedures, manage inventory of materials, and handle unit key sign-in/sign-out.
  • Skill in identifying efficient methods to complete tasks, consistently seeking ways to enhance resident satisfaction and property condition.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Some familiarity with property maintenance is preferred.
  • Willingness to be on call and respond to maintenance requests during evenings and weekends.
  • Strong work ethic, effective communication skills, time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
