Position Summary:

The LMS and Data Specialist will maintain accurate records in our participant facing Learning Management System (LMS), monitor participant progress, generate reports, and ensure that participants are enrolled in required and relevant trainings in a timely manner. This position will collaborate with instructional staff on LMS content, organization, and troubleshooting, and assist participants as needed. This position will also provide support to other data team members on auditing and reporting tasks in the participant database.

  • LMS Administration: Monitor and support all activities within the Learning Management System.
  • Course Materials and Maintenance: Cataloging and organizing training materials for easy accessibility.
  • LMS Instructor and Student Support: Assist program staff to enroll users in relevant courses and training programs.
  • Data Quality and Data Specialist Support Duties: Support data quality coordinator and data and technology specialist.

Job Pay & Perks:

  • Typical starting pay range: $28.00 - $32.00

  • Confident navigating a variety of browser-based databases or apps.
  • Preferred administrative experience with LMS and/or HRIS software. (Canvas, UKG Pro Learning, Cornerstone, Brightspace, etc.)

Prior Experience & Education:

  • At least 1-2 years of related job or other practical experience.
