Training Specialist


Duration: 2 months

Client: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage / Consumer Packaged Goods

Compensation: $38/hour


8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday (on-site), WFH Friday



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing training materials, providing support for SharePoint, and assisting with the learning management system. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of training methodologies and systems.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop training materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources to support various training initiatives within the organization.


SharePoint support: Provide assistance in utilizing SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.


Learning Management System (LMS) support: Assist in the administration of the learning management system, including content management and course creation.


- Assist with building Education & Training SharePoint site

- Create training material such as participant guides, facilitator guides, and PowerPoint presentations in support of best practices and workflows

- Assist with building Poka skills and work Instructions

- Create participant guides and facilitator guides for Poka training

- Move files from Teams to a new SharePoint site

- Create a course catalog in SharePoint


The ideal candidate will have:


o Bachelor’s degree in training and development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field

o Proven experience in developing training materials

o Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

o Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)

o Microsoft Office 365

o Poka
