Job Title: Inside Sales/Appointment Scheduler 

Location: San Francisco CA 

Pay Range: $25.00-30.00/hr DOE 
 

What’s the Job?

  1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to identify and generate leads.
  2. Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads based on established criteria and effectively communicate their potential value to the sales team.
  3. Appointment Setting: Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and appointment scheduling efforts using CRM software. Continuously update and prioritize leads based on their level of interest and engagement.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, appointment setting, and overall sales effectiveness. Provide regular updates on appointment scheduling activities and collaborate on tactics to improve conversion rates.

What’s Needed?

  1. Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets and quotas.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
