About Us:
Wespac Corp. is a small San Francisco company specializing in export sales of construction materials for overseas projects and dealers. We serve clients across the world with products and technical assistance. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to work in our Builders Hardware division.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Associate for the Builders Hardware Division will handle our international customer base and ensure smooth order processing for our clients. This role requires good written communication skills and a solid knowledge of Builders Hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries from international clients by email, providing product information, technical advice, and prices.
- Process quotations, orders to factories, and returns, ensuring compliance with each customer’s requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international customers to drive repeat business and increase sales.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient shipping of orders, managing any issues that arise during the export process.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to international orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field in the Builders Hardware industry.
- At least a basic knowledge of Builders Hardware products, ANSI A156, NFPA 80, and NFPA 101.
- Good written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international clients.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage, particularly in languages relevant to our key markets.
