Position Summary

Oversee the execution and delivery of digital product requests, handle digital program escalations, manage issues, incidents, defects, enhancements, and maintenance for MVW Digital Products and related applications, supporting the Director of Production. Provide expert consultation, analysis, and recommendations on digital system processes and specifications to external departments and vendors.

Ensure global MVW websites and applications are operational 24/7/365 with minimal downtime. Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines, anticipate obstacles, and mitigate risks. Create project plans, delegate tasks, manage resources, and report progress to ensure efficient product and service delivery. Assist the Director of Production in identifying and implementing unique sustainment processes and procedures.

Drive end-to-end processes with attention to detail, decisive and confident decision-making, and maintain composure while facing challenges. Ensure the highest quality of products and services are delivered by signing off on work for assigned projects and teams.

Expected Contributions

Collaborate with Digital Product Manager, business partners, Creative, IT, Legal, and third-party vendors to define business requirements and ensure on-time, quality delivery of project scope.Develop detailed project timelines and activity sequences.Manage medium to large requests and incidents, ensuring work is delivered on-time and on-budget.Oversee team members, delegate tasks, and manage resources.Participate in testing from development through user acceptance for all web releases, ensuring high quality standards before sign-off.Mentor and develop 1-4 direct reports, guiding them on their projects and enhancing their professional skills.Conduct employee reviews and develop individual and department growth plans.Lead the team by setting clear expectations, managing accountability, and addressing issues promptly to avoid impact on initiatives.Create systems to document project activities and progress.Enhance organizational capabilities through effective staffing and development, including anticipating staffing needs, hiring the best talent, setting high performance standards, and providing coaching and feedback.Perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and projects, often managing small projects or parts of larger ones.Respond to and solve complex business requests with limited to moderate risk.Assist senior associates in achieving business results by enhancing business processes, providing training and technical guidance, and participating in setting department operating plans.Demonstrate self-awareness and strive for continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.Perform other duties as appropriate.

Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Digital, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or 5+ years’ experience in related field.

Experience:

5 – 8 years of product project management experience, preferredModerate Level understanding of digital concepts, including SEO, PPC and web analytics, with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.Basic knowledge of HTML is desired.Experience with project management software (Application Lifecycle Management, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.) preferred.Proficient in digital content including web content, product content, etc.
