As the Employee Experience Manager at Flowcode, you will help support our team's growth and create an environment where high performing, high output employees can thrive.

Your responsibilities:

Onboarding

  • Own the execution of a smooth onboarding process to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and effectively
  • Host regular re-onboarding sessions to ensure existing employees are continuously updated on key company initiatives

Employee Engagement and Retention

  • Own the creation and execution of creative programs and initiatives (both in office and remote) to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Partner with the leadership team to design and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's core values: Team Supreme, Empower Creators, Be Scientific, Prioritize Impact, Undertalk/Overexecute, FlowMode

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Partner with legal to ensure compliance with relevant employment/labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain and improve Flowcode HR processes and policies, including employee handbooks, and onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Manage offer letters, comp adjustments, tax forms and employee location information.  Improve our current processes for better scalability 

Performance Management and Employee Development

  • Support improvements to the existing performance management system at Flowcode, including through employee goal setting, regular feedback and check-ins, and 360 performance evaluations
  • Support the creation of a learning and development framework to nurture talent and promote continuous growth within the company.

HR Metrics and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, contracts, and other relevant documents
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Your skills and experience:

  • 1-5 years of people operations experience, with 1-2 years in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment REQUIRED - you must be able to adapt and thrive in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience running payroll via ADP, REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations and the desire for continuous learning 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, ADP, Lattice and Greenhouse

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in New York.

The current range for this role is $80K - $100K + equity + benefits.

Please note that this role is based in NYC and will be IN office (we have a beautiful, brand new 30,000 square foot space located in Soho)
