The Greeter & Administrator acts as the first point of contact between customers and the coaching center. Responsible for answering guest inquiries, assisting customers register for lessons, and more, while always upholding the company culture making customers feel welcomed and valued.

Represent the PGA of America in the utmost professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Answer incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner. 

Greet customers upon entrance in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner. Demonstrate a true passion for customer service and proactively seek ways to surprise and delight our customers, striving to go above and beyond the service levels required.

Act as the point of reference for customers who need assistance or information.  Develop a thorough understanding of all key services and possess the ability to deliver service in an exceptional

and timely manner.

Assist Head Coach in administrative tasks.  Manage, organize, and maintain the calendar for the Head Coach.

Assist in preparing reports and creating group programs for the coaching center.

Ensure that the coaching center spaces and lobby are always clean and tidy.

Support the processing of the coaching center financial transactions, e.g., tracking lesson payments, purchase and payment requisitions, coding invoices, garnering approvals.

Assist with various requests to further enhance the coaching experience including listening to comments and resolving minor issues.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.  Thorough knowledge of administrative support functions acquired through two years of similar professional administrative experience in progressively responsible positions, including customer service.  Prior financial tracking experience preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.  

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proven proficiency in use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.  Prior Workday experience preferred for financial entries.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK

Works harmoniously with others to get a job done, responds positively to instructions and procedures and is able to work well with staff while maintaining relationships, which breed productive disagreement and debate.

CUSTOMER FOCUS
