What you will be doing
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for supporting all aspects of operations, with a focus on Front Desk. They will oversee the Front Office department alongside our Assistant General Manager. Primary focus will be growing and maintaining guest satisfaction, ensuring implementation of brand service strategies, and employee training and development. As a department head, they will participate in leadership meetings and relay information in their own daily stand up. The Front Office Manager will also be expected to assist with some accounting functions, including Direct Bill Accounts, credit card processing, monthly internal folios. Requirements
Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires the ability to perform the following: regularly required to talk, hear and interact with guests. Frequently is required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
May be required to work overnights and on-call MOD as needed or required. Must have open availability.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
