Work you'll do As a SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant, you will use your deep knowledge and experience with Employee Central to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 4
years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Employee Central Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation Superior communications skills, both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needsThis may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations:
Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred:
Master's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Employee Central, from planning to configuration through go-liveCertification in at least one SuccessFactors module Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:
