They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team and drive strategic HR initiatives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Job Description

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational support for HR functions, leading by example and offering guidance to team members.
  • Employee Relations: Engage with employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Revise and implement HR policies as needed to improve workplace culture and engagement.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Salary Administration: Manage compensation structures, including merit-based bonuses and salary adjustments, to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

    The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership, and conflict resolution.Experience in payroll management and salary administration.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Proven track record of successfully implementing HR policies and programs.Proficiency in HR software and systems.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
