Works with appropriate personnel to ensure Army NAF position employment requirements are properly identified , new hires and employees are screened properly, and background check requirements met.
Ensures employment and background check processes are executed in accordance with (IAW) established regulation, policy, law, or guidance and ensures background check information is maintained IAW applicable guidelines.
Applies innovative thinking for the development of best practices, and critical thinking to identify and resolve process gaps or barriers to successful onboarding.
Serves as a key NAF HR representative to work with stakeholders PSI-CoE, CSSC, DoD CAF, DCSA, security office etc. Involved in background check, suitability, fitness, or personnel security areas of responsibility.
Develops and delivers formal presentations using a mix of verbal and written techniques to communicate needed data. Serves as a background check subject-matter expert for briefings and trainings.
