A day in the life of a Systems Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations at VF looks a little like this.

The Systems Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of VF Corporation's recruitment and onboarding processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage projects, analyze recruitment data for strategic insights, and implement process improvements to support our global talent acquisition efforts. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations.

Strategic Recruitment Operations:

Lead the coordination and execution of recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Oversee the maintenance of accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and lead the preparation of strategic recruitment and onboarding materials. Manage the background check system, facilitating the screening process and making informed decisions during adjudication steps. Execute prospect and candidate engagement strategies, including email campaigns and recruiting landing pages. Data Management and Strategic Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment metrics to leadership to provide strategic insights into process effectiveness and inform decision-making. Design and maintain dashboards to visualize recruitment performance and identify trends for strategic planning. Process Innovation and Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements, collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Onboarding System Leadership:

Oversee system functionality that supports the onboarding process for new hires, including monitoring electronic paperwork completion, I9 processes, and USCIS Case Management. Audit system processes and recommend improvements to ensure compliance and enhance the onboarding experience. Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, proactively addressing any compliance issues. Contribute towards initiatives for data privacy and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the Sr. Manager and regional talent acquisition teams to align and standardize recruitment processes. What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management or related field.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment operations, with a track record of strategic contributions. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and ATS systems is strongly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Knowledge & Skills:

In-depth understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to standardized rules and procedures. Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders. Impact & Accountability:

Hiring Range:

$52,800.00 USD - $66,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
