We are looking to add someone to the team who brings deep expertise in organizational development in this newly created role. You will be part of the Organizational Effectiveness team and be a strategic resource for both HR Business Partners and/or Leaders to assist in designing their organizations for growth. This role will bring a consultative approach to org design and connect with the organization to understand the needs and challenges leaders are facing and provide support as they navigate through them.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
• Enhance and apply OD methodology and processes for organization assessment, organization design, and change management
• Consult with executives, segment businesses, and HR to assess the gaps and design, develop, and deliver effective solutions to enhance effective teams and our culture
• Problem solve through expertise and influencing leadership across nVent to identify, design, and manage initiatives for organizational development
• Lead the upskilling of HRBPs to effectively facilitate change, design org's for growth and efficiencies and drive organizational performance.
• Support overall Talent initiatives and projects that support talent management and learning & development

YOU HAVE:
• 7+ years within organizational development
• Experience with organization design, leadership development, culture intervention and change management to support a high performing organization and culture
• Strong consulting, listening, and problem solving skills that has established you as a sought after partner for leaders and HR
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
