Provides administrative and financial support services to the assigned office. May be required to assist in the preparation of monthly reports and statements; manage purchase orders, contracts, travel documents and other source documents and ensure they are obligated correctly; maintain automated obligation records and source documents on a daily basis; prepare billings and invoices for accounts receivables; prepare travel authorizations and settle travel vouchers; prepare vendor invoices and other fiscal documents for payment; prepare journal vouchers and entries for projects; reconcile the subsidiary records to the Treasury reports and the automated accounting reports; file, and assist with special projects.
