Job Description

When you accept a position with Volo, youâll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field.  This is a part time position, however, there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Site Lead responsibilities include, but not limited to:: 

  • Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience
  • Leader of the whole program to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Able to pick up equipment up from storage units to transport to site and return once the program is completed
  • Leader of admin responsibilities; checking kids in and out, name tags, shirts, first aid, water and snacks. 
  • Complete game logs at the end of each program
  • Jump in as coach to support if need

Qualifications
  • Passion for sports and social activities
  • Outgoing and ready to handle anything presented
  • Punctual and professional
  • Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
