As a Youth Performing Arts Educator, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both in-school and after-school programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute captivating lesson plans that align with educational standards and engage students effectively.

• Establish a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere that prioritizes student well-being and academic achievement.

• Employ effective classroom management strategies to cultivate a positive and productive educational setting.

• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a comprehensive and enriching learning experience for all students.

• Keep accurate records of student progress and maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their children's growth and accomplishments.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is essential for this role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective engagement.

• Proficiency in GSuite is required, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory.
