The Opportunity

Our Marketing org is looking to bring on a Marketing Specialist to join the Boston-based team. This a contract role, estimated to be roughly 8 months in length.

What You'll Do

  • Own the set-up of landing pages, design assets, email promotions and timelines for virtual and in-person events

  • Own the Immersive Labs webcast program, deciding content, working with presenters and orchestrating the execution of the programs end-to-end

  • Supporting our emerging Federal Government marketing initiatives through content production, field event execution and partner relationship management

  • Maintaining marketing inventory (giveaways, supplies, booth materials)

  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at existing customers, focusing on upselling additional products or services.

  • Manage our North American 3rd party content syndication programs and vendor relationships, optimizing programs for the best return, researching new partnership opportunities

  • Managing budget, raising purchase orders, ensuring vendors are accurately setup and accounted for in our internal systems

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years experience in demand generation marketing or regional (field) marketing,

  • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials

  • Strong event coordination skills: venue selection, customer speaker engagement, invitation, pre- and post-show planning, etc. that maximizes in-scope attendee registration and participation.

  • "Can-Do" attitude and thrives in building relationships with sales teams.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities.
