Job Overview:

We are looking for a Manager for our Digital Sales and CRM work streams. This position is responsible for planning, leading, and partnering with franchisees and vendors to grow our digital sales throughout the LAC region and brands, using data to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across the digital sales funnel. The Digital Manager will work closely with our internal teams and franchisee community to deploy relevant guest-facing Technology, build CRM capabilities, and implement a data-driven approach to grow digital sales and develop our guest database.

You will spearhead Growth Marketing strategies for assigned programs and the execution and implementation of successful campaigns. Working with key partners across the organization to develop and implement tailored and personalized E-Mail, Push, SMS, App, Paid Traffic, and additional marketing initiatives, such as Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Cart Abandonment, and Live Marketing Automation. This role is critical to the growth of our brands and supporting the strategy to drive deeper relationships with our guests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support developing a best-in-class Growth strategy to personalize tactics across channels.
  • Partner with critical stakeholders to define channel & segmentation strategy, including e-mail communication, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and other channels.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to identify and operationalize customer data, predictive models, and campaign results for Campaigns and program LTV analysis requirements. 
  • Identify needs and Technology partners to develop our Growth Stack.
  • Position CRM effectively impacts and benefits all key partners, including Franchise Owners/Operators. 
  • Keep up with the latest best practices and integrations in Growth Marketing.
  • Identify processes and create tools to drive a best-in-class CRM approach that can be applied to programs in other markets of the region.
  • Conducts ad hoc analyses on digital initiatives to determine performance and identify opportunities for future marketing initiatives 
  • Provides insights on potential opportunities & challenges on upcoming calendar initiatives on restaurant operations
  • Develops data analytics on digital customer segmentation
  • Audits current processes and leads special projects to iterate and improve digital and brand execution
  • Designs and builds relevant reports and dashboards to provide insights into day-to-day digital behaviors and performance of key app features
  • Formally develops performance revisions to the overall technology process by collecting feedback from the franchisee community, field, operations, and marketing
  • Tracks and reports on onboarding and deactivation of restaurants for mobile app and delivery

 

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Maths, Statistics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM and Digital Marketing implementing data-specific strategies
  • Hands-on experience in customer contact management and marketing through multiple channels: e-mail and digital channels
  • Strong working knowledge in Marketing Technology and how the Martech stack works across the ecosystem (CDP, Web Analytics, Campaign Manager, data visualization, etc.)
  • Cross-functional solid experience with the ability to manage projects across multiple groups with various levels of stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and data to drive decisions and strategy
  • Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team
  • Highly curious, always looking to learn and stay ahead of trends
  • Digital and e-commerce experience preferred
  • Experience with mParticle, Braze, Branch, and Amplitude a plus
