Teaching Staff

Assures that all new staff complete Catapult Learning instructional and operational trainingMonitor and/or coordinate initial, basic and follow-up training based on current staff needsCoordinate on-site teacher training and compliance management.With support of the HR department, oversee recruitment, selection, training, retention, and, if necessary, termination of direct service staffWorking with the Instructional Excellence team, become proficient in the training aspects of the company’s curriculumAssist staff with curriculum support, as needed

Work with teachers and instructional supervisors to support and facilitate parent and family engagement and communicationCoordinate with vendors and the planning of workshops and events

Bachelor or Masters degree in educational fieldAt least two years related supervisory experienceValid teaching certificate, preferredStrong organizational, customer service, and communication skillsExperience in planning, organizing, and presenting individual and/or large scale training sessions and other eventsDetail oriented, have the ability to take initiative, work independently, and complete tasks accurately and timelyProficient in MS Office, OneDrive, Zoom, and willing to learn other technology applications, as neededFlexible and able to prioritize tasks based on importanceAble to function in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
