Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our sales team. This role requires a blend of People/HR expertise, product insights, and communications skills to effectively support the sales process and drive the adoption of our solutions. The Sales Engineer will be a key technical advisor and product advocate, helping our sales team secure and grow client relationships through technical and business credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Communication: Provide technical and business support for sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations that promote the value of our solution.Requirement Customization: Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical constraints, proposing customized solutions that meet their needs.Prospective Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can address these effectively.Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, configurations, and benefits, staying updated with new product enhancements and their potential impact on new sales opportunities.Collaboration with Product & CS Teams: Relay client feedback and industry insights to product management and engineering teams to help shape product development and innovation.

Who You Are:

Proven experience as a Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales Consultant, or in a similar role within a technology or SaaS company.Strong technical foundation with the ability to discuss and demonstrate software solutions and integrations clearly and effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of writing clear and concise proposals and delivering compelling presentations.Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and matching customer needs with the right solutions.Customer-oriented mindset with a strong track record of successful client engagements and relationship management.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
