Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our sales team. This role requires a blend of People/HR expertise, product insights, and communications skills to effectively support the sales process and drive the adoption of our solutions. The Sales Engineer will be a key technical advisor and product advocate, helping our sales team secure and grow client relationships through technical and business credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solutions Communication: Provide technical and business support for sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations that promote the value of our solution.
  • Requirement Customization: Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical constraints, proposing customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prospective Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can address these effectively.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, configurations, and benefits, staying updated with new product enhancements and their potential impact on new sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Product & CS Teams: Relay client feedback and industry insights to product management and engineering teams to help shape product development and innovation.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales Consultant, or in a similar role within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to discuss and demonstrate software solutions and integrations clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of writing clear and concise proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and matching customer needs with the right solutions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong track record of successful client engagements and relationship management.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
