This role will sit at the intersection of Brand and Communications strategy, portfolio, and delivery, with broad exposure across the function and interdependent business areas. This role will help develop best-in-class practices in how we deliver priorities across the business and engage key stakeholders to ensure readiness and adoption of key Brand and Communications work/initiatives.

This role will partner closely with the Brand & Communications Leadership Team, Commercial and Digital Operations to gather a holistic view of team priorities, informing a comprehensive portfolio of work spanning integrated programs and business priorities. Ultimate success of this individual will be proven by a planful and integrated Portfolio roadmap, and successful delivery and adoption of those initiatives broadly.

Heres What Youll Do:

Serve as the Brand and Communications Portfolio and programs liaison for Brand and Communications Leadership and key business stakeholders, providing collaborative guidance and advice on program management strategies and frameworks to drive the successful completion of portfolio priorities

Develop and implement an innovative Brand and Communications Portfolio strategy and program management framework

Develop and maintain integrated Portfolio and priorities roadmap

Support portfolio deliverables and processes to ensure accuracy, visibility, alignment, and optimization of Brand and Communications strategic financial investment

Develop the Portfolio Management processes, proper cadence, and channels (bi-weekly status reports, roadmaps, governance), and support through formatting dashboards and ensuring accuracy and visual consistency across all Portfolio channels

Partner across Brand and Communications team and key business stakeholders to help inform and guide strategic programs, projects, and other initiatives

Manage the full project lifecycle of the program portfolio and projects, ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively

Design and support scalable infrastructure (processes, tools and templates) to enable best-in-class end-to-end project delivery

Help define initiative value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget,

Identify risk mitigation and success criteria/measurement

Help to communicate project status, milestone progress/achievement, and risks and issues to team leadership

Manage special integrated brand projects as needed across the portfolio

Partner with key Program Owners and Subject Matter Experts across Moderna to ensure audiences receive the right level of information in a timely matter in support of Brand/Comms strategic portfolio, programs, and other initiatives

Drive and maintain consistency across the Portfolio in terms of execution, status tracking, change management and communication activities

Measure and track program effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods

Develop a keen understanding of various cross-functional audiences and their needs, common interdependencies

Conduct regular checkpoints with key partners such as Commerical (including global), GMs, digital and Decision Sciences

Partner with the Brand/Comms LT, Finance, Digital and other key business stakeholders to gather insights/interdependencies informing portfolio management and execution

This role is based in Cambridge, MA and is expected to be in office 70% of the time.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

Basic Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent is required

10+ years of relevant experience in project management

Brand and Communications functional knowledge required

Change management and program communications experience required

Experience working with senior leaders in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

Preferred Requirements:

Ability and affinity for working in a matrix environment with cross-collaboration and multiple lines of accountability

Ability to influence others

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams, cultures and geographies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise in planning, road mapping and meticulous delivery

Proven project management skills including associated PM technology platforms

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
