  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.Assist with the preparation of board meetings, including compiling and distributing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO in decision-making processes.Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other engagements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the food industry or a similar fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
