Air Logistics Warehouse Office Specialist

- Research Shipments in the Kuehne + Nagel Inc System.
- Orchestrating office and warehouse personnel locating / consolidating shipments to be moved and loaded.
- Utilizing workflow tools / dashboards to drive visibility of freight movement / completion of life cycle while at the CFS.
- Work within Import Gateway team to support freight recovery, shipments in the CFS and equipment returns to air and ocean partners.
- Send Cargo to G.O.
- Check in truck drivers and collect proper ID per TSA regulations
- Print paperwork and resolve issues through email correspondence
- Proactively provide shipment status and notify customers of any delays regarding arrival, delivery or dispatch of shipments.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are available for each account serviced. Follow SOP in performance of all operational processes.
- Co-ordinate with overseas offices, agents, customers and domestic vendors for timely shipments in assigned accounts
- Minimum: High School or Technical degree
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and pallet stacking
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including data entry, email communication, and navigating software interfaces
