Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Client Account Manager to support our financial clients in the fast paced, highly regulated, secure communications industry.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis to manage incoming requests, changes, issues, etc.
  • Work directly with internal departments to fulfill client's requests by desired due dates.
  • Create detailed project specifications and manage timelines and communications related to projects.
  • Support Client Service department needs and projects as assigned.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years client account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze technical specifications and project details
  • Excellent organization and time management skills


We Would Also Prefer:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of transactional print and/or Secure Communications
  • Client relationship & Project management experience
