Job Description
Join our team as a BIM Coordinator/MEP Designer and play a pivotal role in the design and production of construction drawings for water, wastewater, and pump station projects. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop CAD-BIM models for various WTP and WWTP Designs using Revit and AutoCAD software. Your responsibilities will include preparing process piping layouts, creating BIM models and Revit families, coordinating with multiple disciplines for conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines and standards. Additionally, you will guide, mentor, and lead other CAD designers to help meet project deliverables.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of CAD-BIM design experience with a focus on Water/Wastewater Plants, Pump Stations preferred.
Relevant associate degree/technical certification with emphasis on Revit preferred
Min 5 years Revit experience/skills required.
Experience in successfully delivering projects spanning multiple years in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
Basic understanding of process mechanical piping and chemical piping, and associated materials and fittings preferred for Water, Wastewater and Pump Station facilities.
