Job Title: Landscape Project Manager

Raya Workforce is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design and project management firm, you will be responsible for overseeing landscape planning, design, and detailed planting plans for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of projects from conceptual design through to construction administration.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental guidelines, and other relevant standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Lumion, BIM, and Revit is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of zoning regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in landscape planning, landscape design, and landscape architecture.
  • Strong ability to create detailed planting plans and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and team coordination.
