Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset. ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping configuration customization and implementation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software Development Information Technology or a related area. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development experience in information system implementation or change efforts. Experience working with software design principals and ability to develop based on provided functional specifications. Ability to communicate with internal and external entities to analyze and problem solve. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Administrator Certification. 2+ years as a ServiceNow Administrator Developer or Implementation Specialist. 2+ years with web technologies including APIs CSS XML HTML Web Services.. Familiarity with
