- Interact with clients in promoting and selling clothing, shoes and objects for the home.
- When needed, partner with your colleagues to elevate the customer experience.
- Work with clients to accommodate their needs and wants always maintaining the brand’s high standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships i.e. a constant communication - new deliveries, pack and wrap sales plus expedite shipping, follow-up and follow-through on closed sales.
- Always maintain the standards of the sales floor, evenly spaced hanging merchandise, folded items are uniform and correct - this also applies to all stock & storage areas.
- Check in new merchandise, steam and stock new receipts; fill in sold items.
- Assist with inventory, special events and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience, 3-5 years in high-end luxury RTW and accessories; interest in art a plus - with an understanding of various designer DNA i.e., The Row, Casey Casey, Margaret Howell.
- Team oriented with a sensitivity to take initiative and help colleagues; knowledge of the luxury industry and an appreciation for the aforementioned designers.
- Special understanding of Customer Service needs and client priorities with a sense of discretion, formality and grace.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-through and computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual a plus, but not necessary.
