We have an opening for a Repurchase Obligation ESOP Consultant. 

The Role:
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and must be customer focused. As an ESOP Consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management of performing ESOP repurchase obligation studies.   In addition, an ESOP Consultant may be involved in special feasibility/sustainability projects for new or existing ESOP companies.  We promote work-life balance with our remote option or on-site at any of our office locations.  Our reputation ranks in the top 3 companies nationwide to provide ESOP consulting and recordkeeping services. Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree required. 
•    7+ years experience (Consultant)/10+ years experience (Sr. Consultant) in complex defined contribution plan administration such as ESOPs, professional employer organization plans, multiple employer plans, non-qualified plans, cross testing allocations and other unique plan designs.
•    Possess QPA or QKA certification.
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills.
•    Excellent Excel skills.
•    Self-motivated and detail oriented.
•    Ability to work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload.
•    Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required.
•    Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
•    Interpret documents and resolve technical problems.
•    Available to work overtime to cover peak work loads and other business needs.
