    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and repair, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to providing top-quality service to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
    • Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
    • Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, repairs, and answer any questions.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
    • Utilize company-provided truck and cell phone to manage daily dispatches and service calls.
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.

      Requirements:

      • Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role.
      • Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and pool equipment.
      • Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment efficiently.
      • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
      • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
      • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.

        Education:

        • High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in pool maintenance or related field is a plus.
