The Senior Manager, Coffee Revenue Management is responsible for developing the pricing and promotional strategy for KDP’s portfolio of coffee beverage brands across all consumption formats.  The Senior Manager will also be responsible for evolving KDP’s coffee pack/price architecture to maximize opportunities across Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack and Channel (OBPPC).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Create annual and long term pricing and promotional strategies to optimize KDP’s topline performance and overall profitability of the business. Integrate coffee revenue strategy into annual sales planning process - volume, price/mix, trade rate goals by customer and brand. Own the creation of goals ensuring integration with key cross-functional stakeholders (finance, brand, sales, etc.)Act as lead liaison between commercial and brand teams to ensure consistent performance management routines and align sales, brand, & financial objectives to drive the best business outcomeDrive the pricing and promotional strategies for innovation within the coffee category and the segments in which KDP participates, pods, bags and cansPartner with sales and Field RGM teams to identify optimal strategies to execute promotional strategies across all channels, including e-commerce, club, grocery, and mass merchantsEnsure that all promotional and pricing decisions are coherent across the marketplace, achieve acceptable financial results, and share objectives (i.e. Trade Review Board)Partner across finance, supply chain and partners management teams to develop and evolve the company’s pack/price architecture for all coffee (OBPPC)Develop and monitor pay for performance elements of funding. Ensure programs are equitable, transparent and measurable
