- Support AME engineering team in developing industrial strategy and technology roadmap for NAM product and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage capacity and CAMA of GSC NAM, maintaining positive relationships
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing manufacturing projects within GSC NAM, aligning project targets, and presenting reports to management
- Support AME engineer in project deliverables development, risk assessment, resource coordination, and Lean manufacturing implementation
- Participate in supplier management and contribute to MPL competencies development within the team
- A minimum of bachelor's degree and preferrably a master's degree in science & Algorithm & AI (Machine Learning), Statistical Theory & Methods, Statistical Programming Engineering
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, Automation, Ergonomics, LADM, Data analysis & statistics, etc.
- Sensitive to data variance, can systematically consolidate and analyze the data with higher skill of MS tools.
