Key Responsibilities:
• Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic email marketing plan to engage existing
customers and attract new ticket prospects.
• Manage all aspects of email campaigns, including content calendars, segmentation, copywriting,
deliverability, and performance tracking.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Public Relations, Partnerships, Operations, and Sales
teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
• Digital and CRM Management: Oversee the email marketing system and the ticketing aspects of
ChicagoWolves.com.
• Manage the CRM system to identify, segment, and distribute sales leads, ensuring accurate and updated
data for targeted marketing efforts.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze data related to fan behavior, ticket sales, and
marketing campaigns.
• Utilize insights to drive business strategies and create visually compelling reports and dashboards for
stakeholders.
• Market Research and Audience Engagement: Conduct market research and develop fan surveys to
understand preferences and enhance engagement.
• Manage audience lists, maintain email preference centers, and execute mass texting campaigns.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials and support sales staff with data-driven marketing
insights to boost ticket sales.• Coordinate sales lead generation process• Distribute newly- accrued sales leads to sales leaders and representatives
Qualities Required:
• Self-starter with demonstrable willingness to learn new concepts and incorporate them into performance
• Affable, thrives in consulting and decision-making roles for multiple audiences
• Ability to not only understand and work through minutiae, but to distill this into useful information for sales
representatives and team management
• Willing to work in-office and Wolves home games, which includes nights and weekends during the season
• Superior project management and organizational skills
• Advanced understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to function with autonomy in a high-stress, high-paced environment

Education & Experience:
• Sales experience preferred - understands the importance of revenue-generation
• Self-directed experience with email service providers (Constant Contact) with proof of results
• Reporting and data mining experience with CRM systems, especially Ticketmaster Archtics
• 1-2 years experience in data & database analysis
• Bachelor’s degree from a college or university (business, marketing or sport management degree preferred, but not required
