Role Overview:

We are looking for a growth or demand gen marketer. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has been at an agency or has been working in a marketing field for 2-5 years. The ideal person should be looking to take what they have learned on an execution level and begin applying their learned and new ideas to Routefusion. We already have a baseline, and we are not looking for a marketer to come in with "the new crayons". We want someone who is passionate about increasing the Top of Funnel.

This person will report directly to me, the CEO, but make no mistake this is not an executive role; this is a mid-level role, working long hours with great rewards that will directly impact the success of the business.

If you are the type of person that gets obsessed with your work and can go into a flow state for hours on end, this role is for you. If you are the person who is tired of your boss not listening to your new ideas on how to grow the pipeline, etc., this role is for you. If you can make a lot with a little and truly enjoy the grinding process, this role is for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should be familiar with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Podcasts, and other media channels and have ideas on how to make things go "viral" or get more views.

The ideal candidate should have proven success around email marketing campaigns and have ideas on how to improve them, etc.

The ideal candidate should be ready to challenge the CEO about WHY this messaging will work and be able to iterate extremely fast when traction is not what they thought it was going to be, or vice versa.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and be familiar with Salesforce.

The ideal candidate should have a good writing voice. It should not be traditional business. It should be new age with a twist. Business is not formal, and you should have opinions on this.

The ideal candidate is someone who does not fit into the normal mix. You should have opinions, and should question everything.

WE DO NOT WANT COOKIE CUTTER, BE DIFFERENT, this is a creative role at the end of the day.

Compensation:

$60k-$100k with equity and eligible for performance bonus. You should feel comfortable talking to the CEO about why you are worth what you are worth and what you want.
