Inside Sales Representative

- Understand client needs and offer reliable solutions.
- Provide customers with information on tire brands, sizing, pricing, availability, and shipping dates.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely product delivery for customers.
- Enter orders and process invoices using the POS system.
- Provide general office assistance at your location.
- Assist with applying payments to customer accounts and documenting payments for the credit department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of sizing, categories, and brands of tires.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record
- Successful Completion of Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screening
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tire Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Stand and sit continuously and perform job functions for a full 8-hour shift with lunch break.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
