We are looking for a Catering Manager to help manage and grow our blossoming catering business. You will help customers plan and select from our fresh, healthy, menu for their events, answer their questions, and make sure their order is delivered when and how they want it. You will actively work with customers to grow the catering business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversea and orchestrate catering calendar

• Consult with customers and determine needs, make suggestions, and answer all questions

• Orchestrate with delivery and set up of orders when needed

• Increase catering sales with new customer acquisitions

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers

Mahana Fresh is an exciting new fast-casual concept, centered on providing fresh, healthy, delicious choices for customers. People are striving to eat healthier and want convenient options to help them reach their goals. That’s why we offer a variety of fresh options that can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs: from keto, to vegan, to everything in between. We use absolutely no high-fructose corn syrup, and many ingredients are gluten-free and dairy-free. Ultimately, the customer is looking for healthy choices, delivered through a service line, where they are empowered to choose what they want.

We offer a competitive salary with an aggressive bonus plan tied to catering growth.

The first location in the Carolinas for Mahana is in Ballantyne. The restaurant is locally owned and backed by the power of an emerging national brand with a highly experienced and successful management team.

Previous experience with catering is required.
