We are seeking a dedicated Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our team in our Wichita, Kansas office. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-first environment and have a passion for environmental consulting and making a positive impact on the environment. Your primary responsibilities will focus on civil/environmental services, landfills, landfill infrastructure, composting, and other projects that require design, engineering, permitting, construction, and operations support. The role includes both office-based assignments and fieldwork, including data recording, environmental assessments, sample collection, overseeing drilling activities, quality control reviews, and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and clients. The role also involves preparing various reports, permit applications, calculations, and site-specific health and safety plans, as well as assisting in training Environmental Field Technicians and Technical Associates. Travel is expected, mostly within the Wichita area, with occasional overnight travel to other areas of Kansas and Oklahoma.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wichita, Kansas.

Work Environment

The role is based in our Wichita, Kansas office, with both office-based assignments and fieldwork required. Fieldwork will be conducted in varied terrain and weather, including surveys/data gathering, construction quality assurance, inspections, etc. The role involves travel, mostly within the Wichita area on a daily basis, with occasional overnight travel to other areas of Kansas and Oklahoma.
