POSITION: Business Analyst (Level II)

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

ASSIGNMENT: 09/30/2024 to 09/29/2025

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC 28255 onsite

SCHEDULE: Job Shift will be between the hours of 8:30am-9am-5:00pm-5:30pm.

PAY RANGE: $35.00 - 38.48 hourly
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidate will be entering collateral details into their system booking 150-300 invoices every day.
4 months ramp up training. On the job training with the team.Manager needs a candidate who is Self-motivated/Not needing overview and handle their own work without intervention. fast-paced role, lots of volume.Needs great communication skills working with their colleagues. This is not a client facing role.Candidate needs great excel skills as they will be working with a lot of data entry.Process, analyze and evaluate daily client activity, monitor the receipt of client reports, review the content for irregularities
and/or discrepancies and follow up with the client and Loan Officer.Reconcile client Accounts Receivable agings, perform ineligible calculations for Accounts Receivable and Inventory collateral
accurately, timely and in compliance with Loan Servicing Standards.Process loan and collateral transactionsReconcile Dealer Financial Services information with detailDocumenting new facilities, amending existing deals, and managing the closing process and due diligence requirementsBank policies and procedures, to facilitate closings with the clientMaintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and SOR financial data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable rework.

Desired Skills:

Dealer Financial Services experienceCommercial credit fulfillment, servicing, operations, or lending experienceFour (4) year College Degree (college level accounting courses) or 3 to 4 years related experience, or equivalent.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.The ability to lift up to 30lbsUse of computers and technology
