Lead Carpenter:
Builder who manages and oversees the carpentry team while spending hours constructing the project and interpreting blueprints and other documents.

Pay Rates: $28-32 / hour

Pay Escalation: Meeting or beating timeline goals for construction phase of projects, developing new systems of efficiencies, reducing workload on the Foreman.

Benefits: 8 Paid holidays, 5 days paid sick leave, health, vision, & dental insurance, use of woodshop.

Responsibilities:
Uses email communication when required for internal communications sending and receiving project information.
Facilitates daily building operations set forth by the foreman.
Manages/ trains carpenters.
Delegates tasks to carpenters.
Quality control on site.
Passing necessary information/ questions up/down chain of command: (I.e. materials/ tools needed, issues and potential solutions, plan of action.)
Works with the foreman to forecast project work through the week.
Conflict resolution within carpenters.
Executes daily building operations.

Carpenter:
Builder who spends hourly labor to assist in all stages of a project, from foundation to finish.

Pay Rates: $18-$28 / hour

Pay Escalation: Meeting or beating timeline goals for construction phase of projects, developing new systems of efficiencies, reducing workload on the Lead Carpenter.

Benefits: 8 Paid holidays, 5 days paid sick leave, health, vision, & dental insurance, use of woodshop.

Responsibilities:
Checks email communication when required for plan sets and other building information.
Executes daily building operations: Following instructions given by lead and foreman.
Maintains equipment and tools.
Maintains cleanliness of workshop and job sites.
Tracks time and materials spent on tasks to report back to the director of operations.
Maintains a tidy, organized job site and trailer.
Communicates necessary information/ questions to the crew lead.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
