We are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter to join our team at Kirby Nagelhout Construction. As a Master Carpenter, you will be responsible for preparing building foundations, forming and pouring concrete, and working with various materials such as wood, plastic, steel, or concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare building foundation layouts
  • Form and pour concrete foundations for walls and footings
  • Work with materials such as wood, plastic, steel, or concrete
  • Utilize hand and power tools and work in accordance with company and OSHA safety best practices
  • Frame floors, walls, and roof structures
  • Perform finish carpentry, and install doors/frames & hardware, and windows
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certification
  • 7 years carpentry experience required
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to travel to jobsites within the Central Oregon Region
  • Must have physical strength and manual dexterity, including hand/eye coordination, to manage all materials and tasks as required per job
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred)
