• Full-time, benefits-eligible, 100% remote

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing support to the commissions team and other staff. Respond to or route commission related inquiries. Maintain and update commission system

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field inquiries from agents regarding commission calculations, payments, discrepancies, and policies.

• Support the commission team and staff to resolve any commission-related issues or disputes.

• Analyze commission data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain and update commission records and databases.

• Assist in the preparation of commission reports and statements.

• Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Two (2) or more years of commission experience with an insurance carrier or securities broker/dealer

SKILLS

Knowledge of the general industry procedures, standards, systems, resources, practices and terminology.

Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws as well as industry regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.

Ability to exercise good judgment in analyzing customer needs, determining urgency, and evaluating alternatives; must think outside the box and handle problem resolutions with tack and appropriateness.

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
