The firm specializes in special situations investments across both private and public markets, focusing on credit and asset-oriented strategies in corporate, real estate, and structured finance sectors.

Arena has established a strong reputation in the industry for its performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Since its inception in 2015, Arena has managed approximately $3.5 billion primarily for institutional investors worldwide.

Arena is looking to enhance its Client Service and Marketing team with the addition of a Lead Client Service Analyst.

This role involves close collaboration with Arena's investment teams and infrastructure departments to support the firm’s asset growth and maintain strong institutional client relationships through the development of investment and portfolio-related content, as well as addressing the team's data and analytical requirements.

This position will ideally be filled from our Jacksonville, Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal analyst on Arena's Client Service and Marketing team, leading the current analyst team in producing and analyzing the necessary materials for the creation of recurring and customized marketing and client documentation.
  • Collaborate with Arena's Chief Investment Officer and Investment Managing Directors to communicate the firm's perspectives on current market trends, portfolio investments, market outlook, and enduring investment philosophies.
  • Supervise client reporting and standard collateral production, working alongside Arena's data teams and collaborating across various functional groups. Enhance reporting timelines and ensure compliance with client contractual obligations.
  • Address ad-hoc inquiries from clients, due diligence requests, and prospective client questions.
Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, comfort with data and technology execution, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust aptitude for client service and sales-related activities.


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience or an MBA/PhD from a top-tier institution in finance or economics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data management, manipulation, computation, and visualization across relevant technology platforms such as Microsoft BI and Excel.
  • Experience in management and/or a demonstrated aptitude for leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective process management skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
