You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment/Placement) in the Command Operations Department of the Human Capital Management Division of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
You will review position information for submitted recruitment action for accuracy You will advise on concerning appropriate action to take in response to personnel programs affecting work operations. You will perform job analysis to develop qualification requirements and applicant evaluation techniques, consistent with OPM qualification criteria and methodology. You will coordinate with multiple parties (e.g., multiple commands, agencies, human resources offices) to resolve human resources issuesMinimum Salary
