Job Title:

Human Resources Assistant

Position Summary:

As a Human Resources Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Youll handle various tasks related to employee data management, documentation, and program administration.

Responsibilities:

Data Input and Systems Management:

+ Accurately input employee personal data into our human resources systems.

+ Collaborate with HRIS specialists to maintain accurate records.

Forms Processing:

+ Process forms related to change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, and terminations.

+ Ensure compliance with established procedures.

Employee Support:

+ Establish standards for handling employee inquiries and transactions.

+ Provide information to employees regarding their personal employee data.

+ Special Reports and Analysis:

+ Prepare special reports, such as affirmative action and headcount analysis, using our HRIS.

Qualifications:

+ High school degree or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 2 years of related experience within Human Resources

+ Strong proficiency in Excel and Workday is a plus.

Hiring Structure:
