The Performance and Client Reporting Analyst works as part of the AMUS Performance Measurement & Client Reporting team, directly overseeing the timely production processes of all client reports for mutual funds and institutional mandates managed by AMUS office. The incumbent will be responsible for the continued delivery and oversight of all existing reporting processes), in addition to completing complex and customized elements to the reports and data sheets.  It is expected over time the responsibility is undertaken to consult with the global reporting team on standardization and process changes.

As our Performance and Client Reporting Analyst you will:

  • Manage production and distribution of client reports for mutual funds and institutional mandates managed by AMUS office
  • Contribute to definition of the global policies and standards, especially when concerning data sources, quality, and consistency
  • Contribute to the definition of new or changed report layouts in accordance with company branding, policies and standards
  • Ensure all onboarding requirements are met in transitioning new clients, changes to existing deliverables, as well as terminating clients, for investment mandates
  • Assist with project work as directed by Manager of the team
  • The Performance and Client Reporting Analyst will work closely with client management staff, and will need to be able to work effectively to meet   deadlines across time-zones

    For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $122,000.00 and $183,000.00.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

    • Prior industry experience in a related field will be an advantage
    • Established individual with good track record who is motivated, focused and free thinking
    • Confidence and track record in building solid working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors
    • Ability to manage and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders based on predefined priorities driven by regulatory requirements, client characteristics and deadlines and other operational considerations
    • Ability to support decisions with sound reasoning. Ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings
    • Self starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and who can influence and motivate people around them
    • Problem solver who can adapt and thrive in a diverse work environment
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • The Performance and Client Reporting Analyst will also be expected to achieve results through influence and persuasion as well as exercise direct authority where appropriate:

      o   State Street (Vendor)

      o   Global and local Reporting teams

      o   Global Data Management

      o   Other global and local teams, such as Performance, Risk or Compliance

      o   Local Business Transformation team
