Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm
Job Summary: The School Experiential Education Associate assists with the coordination and organization of student internships in community organizations located nationally and internationally. Engages students simultaneously in both classroom and practice learning during the academic year and summer. Initiate and develop processes that are efficient and accommodate the growth and the needs of all constituencies.
Additional Department Summary: Reports directly to the Director of Experiential Programs and Community Partnerships. Plays an integral part of the coordination and planning of the Office Experiential Programs and Community Partnerships. Operates year-round to meet the needs of all constituencies.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of administrative experience; OR associate’s degree and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR bachelor's degree or higher.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to operate with a high-level of independence in a fast-paced and complex program environment. Ability to collaborate with faculty in program development. Detailed oriented, forward-thinking, and flexible to meet the needs of an evolving program.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Experience working in an internship or experiential learning program.
