Job Description
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a new Associate for the Advisor & Field Marketing Team to be able to deliver the white glove service, strategic consultation and new program development required to support our advisors and the future growth of the business.
Reporting to the Head of Advisor & Field Marketing for J.P. Morgan Advisors (our High Net Worth segment), this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join this best-in-class team. You will work closely with peers on the team including a VP, Advisor & Field Marketing, a Sr. Associate, Advisor & Field Marketing and an Associate, Advisor & Field Marketing, in addition to internal partners in digital, social media, PR, content and other marketing functions.
You will join a team who serves 1450 advisors and support staff in 45+ offices across the country to develop their marketing strategy. You should be very organized, data-driven, creative, curious and agile in the ability to concurrently serve advisors while also working on large projects that help the team deliver programs to the business. This role requires a spirit of hospitality to care for advisors they way they care for clients. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who wants to continue learning or learn the wealth management marketing business from the ground up and acquire news skills and abilities to grow their career.
Job Responsibilities

  • Own assigned territory in advisor coverage model
  • Work directly with advisors in a data-driven service model including consultations, demos, and other assistance
  • Set up advisor meetings, keep records of outreach scope, plan market visits
  • Pull advisor business stats and marketing history in prep for meetings, prepare documents used by team when meeting with advisors
  • Help maintain intake form database and files by region and advisor
  • Help maintain tracking of head/team shots, bios, value props, inv approaches, PB BB
  • Assist with various metrics, analytics and data needs for the Advisor & Field Marketing team to create dashboards and reports to management
  • Help track collateral usage through record keeping, inventory management, order management
  • Help support advisor email, newsletter, content and engagement projects with extended team
  • Provide support to team leaders on ongoing business projects
  • Become a reliable source of support for measurement, metrics, dashboards, audits and other data-driven needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 2+ years of entry level marketing experience
  • Organization, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Agile in the ability to pivot between communicating with advisors and internal marketing colleagues, scheduling work accordingly
  • Ability to interface with very senior executive-level advisors appropriately
  • Able to give and take feedback in an ongoing manner
  • Bachelor's Degree required


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Ideally experience in an advisor channel wealth management model
